On 30 March 2023, Prof. Chi Fulin, President of China Institute for Reform and Development (CIRD) , met with Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Governor Oh Young-hun at breakfast. They exchanged views on facilitating exchanges and cooperation between Hainan FTP and Jeju province as well as fully tapping the role of think tanks.
