On 20 June 2023, Prof. Chi Fulin visited the Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat (TCS) and met with Secretary-General Ou Boqian. They exchanged views on cooperation among RCEP countries.

Mr. Wen Long, Director of the management and coordination department of Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat and Ms. Yang Rui, Executive Vice President of China Institute for Reform and Development also attended the meeting.
