On 21 June 2023, Prof. Chi Fulin met with South Korea's Minister for Land, Infrastructure and Transport Won Hee-ryong in Seoul. They exchanged views on strengthening regional cooperation and giving full play to the role of think tanks.

Ms. YANG Rui, Executive Vice President of China Institute for Reform and Development also attended the meeting.
