RCEP Think Tank Network Working Meeting was convened in Haikou, Hainan
On the morning of May 24, the RCEP Think Tank Network (RCEPTTN) working meeting was convened at China Institute of Reform and Development (CIRD). Think tank experts at the meeting discussed issues related to the construction and development of the Network, and exchanged key concerns on the implementation of RCEP.
Chi Fulin, President of CIRD, pointed in the opening remark that, since the establishment of the Network, with the leading organization of CIRD and the support and participation of member think tanks, it has carried out research seminars, academic exchanges, capacity-building and other activities around major issues in the implementation of RCEP, and will actively promote the construction of the Network.
Representatives from China, Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Brunei and other countries attended the event.
The Executive President of CIRD, Yang Rui, the Vice President of China Institute for Reform and Development and RCEP Research Institute of CIRD, Kuang Xianming, Assistant Researcher of RCEP Research Institute of CIRD, Jin Ye and Wang Yuehong, and Project Assistant of the Center for International Cooperation of HIFTPS, Linfen, attended the forum.
