On June 13, 2025, during their research trip to Busan, Professor Chi Fulin, President of China Institute for Reform and Development (CIRD), and his delegation visited the Nurimaru APEC House, the venue of the 13th APEC Summit held in 2005.

Accompanying the trip were Yang Rui, Executive President of CIRD and President of the RCEP Research Institute; Zhang Fei, Vice President of CIRD; Liang Hui, Secretary General of the CIRD-GRANDALL Center of FTP Law Studies; as well as Wang Yuehong and Jin Ye, Assistant Researchers at RCEP Research Institute, CIRD.
