On the afternoon of June 13, 2025, during CIRD delegation’s research visit to Busan, Professor Chi Fulin, President of CIRD, held an exchange meeting with Shin Jung-seung, President of ROK-China Friendship Association and Director of East Asia Institute at Dongseo University. They engaged in in-depth discussions on issues including the CJK free trade process, regional economic and trade development, opening-up of the service trade market, and development of China-Korea relations.

The meeting was also joined by Korean representatives including Lee Honggyoo, Director of Center for Chinese Studies; Kang Byunghwan, Research Professor of Center for Chinese Studies; and Kim Hyeonjin, Researcher of Center for Chinese Studies; Seo Jaehee, Professor at the School of Business Administration, from Dongseo University; and Seo Changbae, Professor at the Department of Chinese Studies at Pukyong National University. The CIRD delegation included Yang Rui, Executive President of CIRD and President of RCEP Research Institute; Zhang Fei, Vice President of CIRD; Liang Hui, Secretary General of the CIRD-GRANDALL Center of FTP Law Studies; Wang Yuehong and Jin Ye, Assistant Researchers at the RCEP Research Institute of CIRD.
