On the morning of September 15, 2025, Professor Chi Fulin, President of China Institute for Reform and Development (CIRD), led a delegation to visit the Jeju Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

YANG Moon-suk, President of the Jeju Chamber of Commerce and Industry, extended a warm welcome to the delegation. The two sides held discussions on topics including deepening China-Korea economic and trade cooperation, facilitating the flow of personnel and capital between Hainan and Jeju, promoting the construction of infrastructure such as direct flights and cruise tourism, and enhancing collaboration between enterprises from both regions in industrial and cultural fields.
