At noon on October 11, Mr. Richard Bolwijn, Head of Investment Research Branch, Division on Investment and Enterprise of UN Trade and Development (UNCTAD), and Mr. Alex Irwin-Hunt, Global Markets Editor of fDi Intelligence (UK), visited the China Institute for Reform and Development (CIRD) while attending the World Free Zones Organization (World FZO) 11th Annual Congress. Yang Rui, Executive President of CIRD, warmly welcomed the guests and accompanied them on a guided tour of the CIRD History Museum and Library. The two sides exchanged views on the development of CIRD and the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port.
