Mr. Holger Bingmann, Deputy Secretary General of ICC; Mr. Martín Gustavo Ibarra Pardo, Founder of AFZA, and Others Visited CIRD
At noon on October 12, Mr. Holger Bingmann, Deputy Secretary General of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and Mr. Martín Gustavo Ibarra Pardo, Advisor to the Board of the World Free Zones Organization (World FZO) and Founder of the Association of Free Zones of the Americas (AFZA), and Mr. Julio Rodríguez, Executive Director of the Association of Free Trade Zones of the Americas (AFZA) visited the China Institute for Reform and Development (CIRD) while attending the World Free Zones Organization (World FZO) 11th Annual Congress. Yang Rui, Executive President of CIRD, warmly welcomed the guests and accompanied them on a guided tour of the CIRD History Museum and Exhibition on the History of China’s Reform and Opening-up. The two sides exchanged views on the development of CIRD and the future development of the Global Free Zones Research Institute.
