Prof. Chi Fulin, President of CIRD extended a warm welcome to the guests. Guests visited the CIRD’s History Museum and the Exhibition of Reform and Opening-Up Historical Materials, where they learned about the forthcoming special customs operations of the Hainan Free Trade Port and the major milestones in the development of CIRD.
