On the afternoon of December 16, Mr. Behzad Babakhani, Consul General of the Canada in Guangzhou, visited the CIRD. Kuang Xianming, Vice President of CIRD extended a warm welcome to Consul General Mr. Behzad Babakhani and his delegation, accompanying them on a tour of CIRD’s History Museum and briefly introduced the relevant research of CIRD. Subsequently, the two sides engaged in discussions on topics including the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port.

Participants in the meeting included Jacqueline Jorge, Consul & Trade Commissioner; Huang Liyin, Trade Commissioner; Guo Wenqin, Vice President of Hainan Institute for Free Trade Port Studies; Lin Fen, Project Assistant of the Center for International Cooperation.
