CIRD and The Jeju Institute Hold Working Meeting and Sign the Memorandum of Understanding on Deepening Cooperation
On December 19, Professor Chi Fulin, President of CIRD and President of Hainan Institute for Free Trade Port Studies, held a working meeting with Professor Yu Young-bong, President of the Jeju Institute. Prior to the meeting, President Yu Young-bong of the Jeju Institute and his delegation visited the CIRD’s History Museum. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on pragmatically advancing cooperation between the two institutes and promoting stronger exchanges between the Hainan Free Trade Port and Jeju Special Self-Governing Province of the Republic of Korea.

Following the meeting, President Chi Fulin and President Yu Young-bong jointly signed the Memorandum of Understanding on Deepening Cooperation (2026–2028) between the CIRD and the Jeju Institute.
